Restorative breath work and deep stretching with Yoga instructor Ermes Natale. This class is designed to help the students of Sonoran Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy with active recovery. Please note that Ermes serves in the National Guard, and there are no Yoga Classes on the following dates: 10/17/21, 11/21/21, 12/05/21, 2/20/22, 3/6/22, 4/10/22, 5/22/22, 6/24/22, and 8/28/22. Thank you for your service Ermes!
